Within the RCIA, the Church warmly welcomes new members and tries to provide appropriate spiritual formation according to each person’s needs. In the RCIA process, adults gradually enter into full membership in the Church through times of study and prayer, opportunities for service, and various rites which lead to Baptism, Confirmation, and sharing in the Eucharist. Catholics Returning Home is a ministry of compassionate listening that enables participants to explore their Catholic identity.  It is hoped that what emerges is a genuine, balanced look into the mind and heart of the Catholic faith as it is lived and expressed in our parish. Catholics in parishes across the United States are coming together on a regular basis to pray, share their stories and reflect on the Gospel message in an environment of love and acceptance. Feeling the support of their community these individuals begin to seek ways to live their faith more fully in their family, neighborhood and workplace.
